We are not contracted with Anthem/Blue Cross PPO. Co-payments and payment for any services not covered by a healthplan are due at the time of the service. |

A simple nasal rinse for adults and an oral solution for younger children. In January 2006, Dr. Kmucha was chosen as the only physician member of the 9 county San Francisco Bay Area Air Quality Management District Advisory Council.
Dr. Kmucha continues as a consultant to the California Medical Association (CMA) Committee on Quality Care thru 2010; he also serves on CMA's Council on Legislation thru 2010. He continues as a consultant to the Medical Board of California. He also continues as an instructor at Stanford University in the Division of Otolaryngology. | | In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, Dr. Kmucha was recognized by the American Academy of Otolaryngology as an outstanding leader in his specialty. |
